TUNA MANGO SPREAD 
2-7 oz. cans solid white tuna in water
6 tbsp. Mango chutney (chopped or fresh)
3 tbsp. chives (chopped or dried)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 oz. cream cheese, softened

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Mix very well. Serve on crackers or Melba toast. It's great for parties.
