TURKEY CHOWDER 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed process cheese
2 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cheese; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and cheese melts. Add remaining ingredient and mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until hot and bubbly.
