TURKEY CHEESE CHOWDER 
2 c. cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute onion, carrots and celery in butter until soft but not brown. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in broth, then half & half. Cook, stirring constantly until soup thickens. Add seasonings, cheese and turkey. Heat until cheese melts.
