CHICKEN ENCHILADA PIE | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. sour cream 1 c. chicken broth 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cooked 1 pkg. flour tortillas 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated Combine soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Shred chicken and add to mixture. In a large baking dish, alternate layers of tortillas, chicken sauce, and cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. |
