CHICKEN ENCHILADA PIE 
1 chicken, boiled and boned (reserve 1 c. broth)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chiles
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. tortilla chips (Doritos)
Salt to taste

Mix broth, soups, and spices together in 1 bowl. Take 13 x 9 inch pan and spread half of the chips in the bottom. Then layer 1/2 chicken pieces, 1/2 sauce, and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until cheese melts. Let set for about 5 minutes and eat.
