CHICKEN ROLL-UPS 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. ground pepper
2 c. shredded chicken
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) buttermilk biscuits
2/3 c. milk

Heat onion and pepper in butter. Stir in chicken and 1 cup of cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Roll out each biscuit and fill with 2 tablespoons of mixture. Roll up and pinch together. Place in a lightly greased dish and bake, 400 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
