CARNIVAL JAMBALAYA | |
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces 3/4 c. uncooked rice (converted) 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 c. water 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. butter 1 sm. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped green and/or red pepper Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover skillet and bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is cooked. Makes 4 servings. |
