LASAGNA SUPREME 
2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic
10 oz. lasagna
3 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (6-12 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley

In skillet, cook hamburger, onion, celery, carrot and garlic until meat is browned. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, oregano, seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook lasagna according to package directions; drain well.

Combine sour cream and Philadelphia cream cheese and Parmesan together, parsley and remaining pepper. Place half the noodles in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Top with half the cheese filling, cheese and meat sauce. Repeat layer. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes good 10-12 servings.
