AUNT MOOIE'S RHUBARB PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. soft butter

Combine flour and sugar with rhubarb, beat egg and add water, stir into rhubarb with soft butter, turn into pie shell. Topping: 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour and 1 tbsp. butter. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and reduce to 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
