TURKEY OR CHICKEN CRUNCH
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken (3 chicken breasts)
2 hard boiled eggs
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1 tbsp. onion
1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Chow mein noodles

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup and mayonnaise together and toss with meat. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until mixture is bubbly.
