B.B.Q. BRISKET 
Brisket
1/3 can beer
1 onion (sliced)
1 garlic clove (crushed)
salt & pepper to taste
Your favorite BBQ sauce

Put brisket in roaster. Pour approx 3 inches water in pan. Add 1/3 can beer. (drink the rest) Add sliced onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

Bake 275°F 3 - 4 hours until fork tender. Remove from oven. Pour off 1/2 water. Transfer meat to plastic container. Add your favorite BBQ sauce to marinate. Refrigerate overnight. Next day slice thin. Add more sauce and cover.

Bake at 350°F 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
