SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine in large bowl. Knead together to form soft dough. shape into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot. May be frozen; to reheat, bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
