CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. corn meal
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar and corn meal. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Add liquids, mix well. Pour filling into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
