S COOKIES 
5 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs (lg. or extra lg.)
4 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Flavoring as preferred (anise oil, vanilla, or almond)

Mix and roll in long strips like a fat pretzel. Use a little milk to handle dough to put it in a cookie consistency. Shape cookies into S shape. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Frost with mixture of powdered sugar, milk, and touch of butter. Make at paste consistency.
