1 box cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
3 eggs

Combine the first three items and pat into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix last three items with a beater. Pour on top of other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Cool and dust top with powdered sugar.
