GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. Italian season
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. water
1 c. red wine
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain, rinse, and set aside. Brown ground beef with onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic; drain. Combine macaroni, beef with vegetables, tomatoes, seasoning, water, and wine. Simmer on low 20 to 30 minutes. Top with cheese before serving. (This is great with garlic bread and tossed salad.)
