FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
CAKE: 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 1 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail with syrup TOPPING: 1/3 c. light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. walnuts Beat together eggs and sugar. Stir in vanilla and fruit cocktail. Combine flour and baking soda and add to mixture. Stir until all is well blended. Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle evenly over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
