BREAD 
5 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast until foams
5 lbs. Robin Hood flour, a little more
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. shortening
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix salt in flour. Mix water and yeast, shortening and sugar all together. Let rise 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours. Put in 2 pans and let raise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
