1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed potatoes
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 tsp. butter

Combine ingredients all together. Roll out 1 inch thick and cut with a doughnut ring. Fry in hot oil until brown. Roll in sugar or cinnamon and sugar.
