CHILI CHEESE CORN 
4 c. fresh corn kernels or frozen, thawed and drained
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (7 oz.) can diced green chilies or chopped jalapenos
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter 1 1/2-quart baking dish or cast-iron skillet. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Transfer to prepared dish.

Bake in preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
