EGGS AND HAM BRUNCH 
6-7 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. precooked ham, cubed
1/2 lb. Old English cheese, cubed
3 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. melted butter

Grease a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish lightly. Mix in baking dish 6-7 slices bread, cubed, and 1 pound precooked ham, cubed. Sprinkle with 1/2 pound Old English cheese, cubed. Mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard, and salt. Pour over ham and bread mixture. Pour 1/4 pound melted butter over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. (You can add garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce to egg mixture).
