1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 pkg. Nestles chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, vanilla, sour cream and eggs for 10 minutes. Stir in by hand Nestles chocolate bits and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in greased tube pan.
