DOCTOR BIRD CAKE 
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. diced ripe bananas
1 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Measure dry ingredients and sift together. Add bananas to dry ingredients along with oil, pineapple and juice, vanilla and eggs and pecans. Stir to blend. Do not beat. Pour into well greased tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Set aside to cool on rack without removing from pan.
