DR. BIRD CAKE 
3 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced bananas
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice

Measure dry ingredients and sift into mixing bowl. Make a well in center and into it break eggs. Add oil, vanilla and bananas, then the crushed pineapple. Stir (do not beat) until well blended.

Pour into a greased tube pan and place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. The cake will crack slightly on top. When cold take out of oven.
