IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. taco seasoning
4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate. Brown meat and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning. Spread in plate. Add chilies. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 35 minutes. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce.
