AUNT LOU'S SWEET ROLLS 
1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
7-7 1/2 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Heat milk, sugar, salt and shortening until shortening is melted. Add yeast and milk mixture and eggs to 4 cups of flour. Mix until smooth. Add remaining flour and mix until dough can be handled easily.

Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic. Put in greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Let rise until double. Make into rolls and place in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
