3/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 orange
2 tbsp. minced ginger
1 1/2 tsp. hot sweet mustard

Juice orange and grate peel. In medium bowl, whisk ingredients together.
