CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head fresh cauliflower
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste
1 (8 or 16 oz.) bottle buttermilk salad dressing or dressing of your choice

Break cauliflower into flowerets. Mix in diced celery, celery seeds, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Add salad dressing; adding as much dressing to salad to make as creamy as you like. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate before serving. May add nuts and/or tuna fish for variety.

Note: To make less, use 1/2 head cauliflower and 8 oz. peas and carrots. Adjust other ingredients to your taste.
