POT PIE DOUGH 
1 lb. flour
4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or shortening
1/2 c. water
4 eggs

Make a well in flour and add eggs, salt and shortening. Rub together and add water to form a stiff dough. Knead - divide dough into 3 parts and roll each as thin as possible. Then cut dough into strips about 2 inch squares.
