PIZZA PIE DOUGH 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in water, stir in oil. Sift flour and salt; add to liquids. Knead vigorously until smooth and elastic, about 15 minutes. Shape into a ball, place in a greased bowl, brush with oil and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise until double in bulk; about 2 hours. Form again into 4 small balls. (Makes enough for 4 small pizzas.) Roll and shape dough into pizza shapes and brush with oil. Top with desired sauce, toppings and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
