HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean hamburger
2 med. onions
5 med. potatoes
1 can mushroom soup

Spread hamburger on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Top with sliced onion then cover with sliced potatoes. Spread soup evenly over the potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Can cover with cheese then bake 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
