1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 egg, well beaten
4 sugar substitutes
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Pinch of salt
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cinnamon

Blend the first 4 ingredients together mixing well. Season to taste with salt and spices. This is great in tarts or cream puffs.
