JANET'S SHRIMP DIP 
1 can baby shrimp
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese

Mix all ingredients together in microwave dish and microwave until cheese melts. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

To reduce overall calories, fat and sodium use light cream cheese and butter (first ingredient-liquid vegetable oil). Serve with fresh vegetables, crisp bread, or whole grain breads.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
