2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
Raisins (optional)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. coconut

Mix all ingredients by hand. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Should be golden brown. Ice when cool.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
