MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 egg
3/4 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. oats
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. onion

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine egg and soup. Stir in oats, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add beef and mix well.

Pat mixture into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Spoon off excess fat. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard. Spread over meat. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
