QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
8 slices crisp bacon
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard

Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pastry shell. Beat remaining ingredients together. Pour over cheese and bacon. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
