WHITE CREAM CANDY 
3 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, Karo and whipping cream together to firm ball stage (244 to 248 degrees). Beat until creamy. Add pecans and vanilla. Pour out on platter to cool. Break or cut into pieces.
