WALDORF SALAD 
2 lg. tart red apples, unpeeled and diced
1 lg. green apple, unpeeled and diced
1/2 lb. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients and stir well. Yield: 6-8 servings.
