BROWNIES 
4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c. butter
1 1/3 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. Calumet baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate and butter. Mix flour with baking powder and salt; set aside. Beat eggs well, gradually beat in sugar. Blend in chocolate and vanilla. Mix in flour mixture. Add nuts. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool and cut.
