1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 egg
1 can prepared cream cheese frosting

Preheat to 350 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients together. Roll 1 teaspoon of dough into ball. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool completely. Ice the middle of 2 cookies with frosting.
