PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter

PIE FILLING FROM SCRATCH:

3 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1 c. cold milk

Form small crumbs of the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Line baked pie shell with crumbs, reserving some for top. Add cold vanilla pudding. Top with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs. Either homemade pudding or mix can be used.

FILLING: Mix cornstarch, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla and cold milk. Pour into scalded milk. Stir constantly until thick. Remove from heat and let cool.
