PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
3 c. very finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted, butter
18 oz. jar of plain peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar

TOPPING:

1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick melted butter

Mix first 4 ingredients until moist. Press hard into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt together 2 topping ingredients and pour on top. I find that by leaving at room temperature before cutting into bars, chocolate won't crack. Can be frozen, lasts a long time.
