BAKED SALMON 
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Fresh salmon
3 1/2 oz. can onion rings
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine oil, catsup, sugar and vinegar. Add lemon juice and salt, mix well. Put salmon in 9 x 13 dish. Pour marinade over marinate for 15 minutes. Turn fish and marinate another 15 minutes. Remove fish. Put in baking pan. Mix onion rings and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over fish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
