LIME CREAM SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. commercial sour cream
2 well drained shredded cucumbers
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine gelatin, salt and water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add vinegar, onion and pepper. Chill to consistency of egg white. Fold in sour cream and mayonnaise. Blend thoroughly. Fold in cucumbers. Pour into a 2 quart mold. Chill 3 hours or until firm.
