1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa

Mix all ingredients together in order given, beat until smooth; let stand 2 minutes. Drop from teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool and make sandwiches.

MARSHMALLOW FILLING:

1/2 c. shortening
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. marshmallow whip
1 tsp. vanilla
3 or 4 tbsp. milk

Cream shortening and powdered sugar together. Then beat in other ingredients. Spread between cookies to make sandwiches.
