BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Chopped onions & peppers
I also make my own crust with Bisquick

Place rolls on ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press together and up sides to form crust. Spread layers: Sausage, potatoes and Parmesan cheese.

In bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. (Don't add more eggs!) Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Can add ham, tomatoes, etc.
