1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
8 lg. marshmallows, cut in 1/8
2 c. sugar coated cereal

Heat 1/2 of chips, peanut butter and milk until chocolate is melted. Stir well to blend. Place remaining chips, marshmallows and cereal in bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and stir well. Drop quickly from teaspoon on a waxed paper.
