CRACKER PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg whites very stiff. Add sugar gradually. Mix in crackers, pecans, and baking powder. Add vanilla. Pour in large pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. When very cool, top with whipped cream and let set in refrigerator overnight.
