DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (don't defrost)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients (except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter) and place in flat casserole dish. Mix crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup butter; sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
