CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 tall can Pet milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Mix Jello, water and lemon juice, let cool. Cream sugar and cheese. Mix Jello mixture and cheese together. Whip milk and fold in. Melt butter and add to cracker crumbs and press 2/3 around bottom and sides of pan, pour in filling and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Put in refrigerator and cool several hours.
